Brazil Inmetro Power Cord

Brazil power cords are based on the basic safety requirements established by the Brazilian National Bureau of Standards Inmetro. The working group established by the Electrical Committee of the Brazilian Technical Standards Association is responsible for compiling the relevant electrical plug standards as NBR 14136 AND NBR 6147. The NBR14136 standard is based on IEC60906 -1 standard, which mainly specifies the design of ac plugs.
